Ingredients

• 4 ea chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
• 1 C salsa
• 2 T lime juice
• 1/4 C ranch dressing
• 1 C Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

1. Combine the salsa, lime juice and ranch dressing.
2. In a skillet, brown the chicken on each side. Spread the salsa mixture on top of the chicken, cover and cook until the chicken is almost to temperature. Sprinkle on the cheese, cover, and cook until the chicken is done.
3. Plate and serve hot.
